Shipping policy

At Monster Group B.V., we understand that you want your new products delivered as quickly as possible. We do everything we can to dispatch and deliver your order promptly.

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on working days are dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Delivery within Ireland and the United Kingdom usually takes 1 to 4 working days.

  • Deliveries to more remote areas or islands generally take 4 to 7 working days and may incur additional charges.

Maximum Delivery Period

We aim to deliver your order within 30 days, as required under EU consumer law.
If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Any surcharges for special or remote deliveries will also be shown at that stage.
