Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the product.
We will refund the full order amount, including the original delivery costs.
Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
How to Exercise This Right

- Return the product in its original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Warranty
All our electrical products come with a 24-month warranty.
If a fault occurs, we will first attempt to repair the item.
If repair is not possible, you will receive a replacement or a refund.
